  The accommodation comprises:
  • A large open plan living and dining area with plenty of seating and a dining table.  There is a TV with international channels and a DVD player.  We have a good selection of adult and childrens DVD's, adult fiction books and boardgames.
  • A lovely large balcony accessed from the open plan living area via patio doors, there is a comfortable seating area with table and chairs and a separate dining table for alfresco dining.
  • A fully equipped open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
  • A master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower.  There are built in wardrobes and drawers and a balcony overlooking a lovely peaceful courtyard.
  • A second bedroom with large twin large single beds and built in wardrobe.
  • A third bedroom with standard twin single beds and built in wardrobe.
  • A main bathroom (with walk in shower).
  • The apartment has its own dedicated secure undercover parking space and the development is fully gated with 24 hour security.
